From Dinosaurs to Gourmet Chocolate. Who Knew?

Sometimes things unrelated come together in strange ways. Through my dinosaur sculpting hobby, I knew custom food-grade silicone molds could be made for chocolates.

I used wood block type I have collected over the years to spell the word LOVE and make the molds. Then I had the letters cast and decorated with edible gold leaf in chocolate by a local organic chocolatier, Jardi Chocolates.

The chocolates were carefully packaged in a customized box made through the letterpress and foil-stamping process. To ensure that they don't melt during transit, the box was sealed with a wax seal and then placed in a shipping box with food-grade cooling packs.

Clients were notified via HTML emails to be watchful of their mail for the package, in order to prevent any damage to the chocolates.
