The story a brand shares up front sets the tone for the entire client or consumer experience, so it's important to get it right. But my philosophy takes it one step further. Not only does it need to connect with the outside world, but it needs to fit with a company's internal culture as well. Without that internal connection a brand loses its authenticity and the team behind it loses enthusiasm supporting it.
